Accounts-AI is intended for:

By using the service, you confirm that you meet these requirements and can legally agree to these Terms.
3. The Service
Accounts-AI is a software service that may include:
- AI-assisted accounting and finance workflows
- chat-based assistance
- document creation and updates
- subscription and billing features
- integrations with third-party services such as Zoho Books and Stripe
We may add, change, improve, limit, suspend, or remove features at any time.
4. Account Registration
To use certain features, you may need to create an account.
You agree to:
- provide accurate registration information
- keep your account information up to date
- keep your login credentials confidential
- take responsibility for activity under your account unless caused by our own fault
You are responsible for all use of your account and for safeguarding access to it.
5. Email Verification and Account Security

You confirm that:
- you have the right to submit the data you provide
- you have the authority or permission needed to use that data with the service
- your use of the service does not violate law or third-party rights
8. AI Assistance and Output Risk
Accounts-AI uses AI-assisted features and connected systems to help generate outputs.
Accounts-AI may make mistakes, generate incomplete output, misunderstand instructions, or return results that are inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your situation.
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all outputs before using, sending, filing, paying, relying on, or sharing them.
This includes, without limitation:
- invoices
- quotes
- bills
- journals
- reports
- payment-related outputs
- summaries
- any accounting, tax, legal, financial, or compliance-related result
Accounts-AI is a tool and does not replace professional review, accounting judgment, legal advice, tax advice, or financial advice.
9. Third-Party Services
Accounts-AI may integrate with or rely on third-party services, including services such as:
- Zoho Books
- Stripe
- email providers
- hosting providers
- AI providers
Use of those third-party services may also be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, service limits, and availability.
We are not responsible for:
- outages on third-party systems
- changes to third-party policies
- third-party suspension or termination
- third-party errors, delays, or unavailability
10. Subscriptions, Plans, Credits, and Trials
Accounts-AI may offer:
- free access
- paid plans
- credits
- promotional access
- trial access
We may change, limit, discontinue, or remove free features, credits, trial access, or promotional access at any time.
Plan details, credit amounts, and feature access may vary by plan and may change over time.
11. Billing and Payment
Paid subscriptions and billing are handled through Stripe and related payment providers.
By purchasing a paid plan, you agree that:
- billing may be processed through Stripe
- payment method handling is managed by Stripe, not directly by Accounts-AI
- your subscription may renew automatically until canceled
If a payment fails, is rejected, is reversed, or is not successfully completed, we may suspend or limit paid access until the issue is resolved.
12. Cancellation and Plan Changes
Paid plans may be canceled.
Cancellation, downgrade, upgrade, billing timing, and access changes may take effect based on:
- your billing cycle
- the subscription settings in Stripe
- the timing of payment confirmation and cancellation processing
If you cancel, you may continue to have access through the end of the current paid period if that is how the active billing setup is configured.
13. Refunds
Unless we expressly state otherwise in writing, payments are non-refundable.
We may choose, at our discretion, to review special cases individually, but we are not obligated to provide refunds unless required by applicable law.
14. Service Availability
Accounts-AI is provided on an as available and as is basis to the extent allowed by law.
We do not promise that the service will be:
- uninterrupted
- error-free
- always available
- secure against every possible threat
- suitable for every use case
- compatible with every third-party platform at all times
We may perform maintenance, updates, repairs, or emergency changes that affect availability.
15. Your Own Records and Backups
You are responsible for keeping your own important records and backups.
You should not rely on Accounts-AI as your only storage location or only evidence source for important business, accounting, tax, or compliance records.
16. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Accounts-AI if we reasonably believe there is:
- abuse
- fraud
- misuse
- non-payment
- security risk
- violation of these Terms
- conduct that exposes us, other users, or vendors to legal or operational risk
We may also suspend or terminate features, plans, or service access where required for legal, operational, security, or business reasons.
17. Intellectual Property
Accounts-AI, including its software, branding, interface, content structure, and service design, is owned by us or our licensors, except for third-party materials and user-provided content.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.
You may use the service only as allowed by these Terms.
18. Notices and Communications
You agree that we may send important notices to the email address associated with your account.
These notices may include:
- account notices
- security notices
- billing notices
- legal notices
- product or operational notices
If you opt out of marketing emails, we may still send service-related and legally required communications.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to Accounts-AI or these Terms will not exceed the amount paid by you to Accounts-AI in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- indirect loss
- loss of profits
- loss of business
- loss of data
- loss caused by reliance on AI output or third-party systems
- interruption caused by vendors, integrations, or payment providers
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
20. Governing Law and Courts
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of Accounts-AI will be subject to the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we do, we may update the effective date and may provide notice through the website, app, or email where appropriate.
Your continued use of Accounts-AI after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
